Meet Dr. Natoya Walker Minor

Dr. Natoya has three decades of experience building high-performing teams and aligning organizational culture in municipal government, public systems (Education, Health, Housing, Transportation, and Workforce), and non-profit organizations. Throughout her career, Dr. Natoya consistently found herself in a space where restructuring departments for efficiency and performance was necessary.  

 

The complexity of the challenging situations Dr. Natoya encountered exposed her to leading change management.  Those experiences taught her the value of creating a healthy and thriving workplace culture anchored in trust, transparency, and a team mindset to meet an organizations performance goals. Key attributes from her lived experience influence her approach for a building a thriving organization: investing in leadership development and leader building, building psychological safety, and amplifying the value and necessity of teamwork.

 

Dr. Natoya holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a Master of Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership. To be engaged as an innovative thought-leader, Dr. Natoya earned a coaching certificate and serves as an adjunct professor teaching organizational behavior, change management, and strategic planning. Her experience and credentials have equipped her to be a resource for organizations as they seek to build positive organizational culture and high-performing teams.
